This is where the role of strategy becomes essential. Strategy is about setting SMART goals, understanding the current and future environment and directing the organization, and getting everyone in the organization on board by creating a mature strategic plan mixed with the organization’s values, vision, and mission.

In this course, we will cover the strategic management process, starting from assessing the grounds of the organization and capabilities, to Executing and monitoring the strategy.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply strategic thinking concepts to define organization’s “as is” situation, and desired “to be” situation, in order to define gaps in organization’s capabilities.
